ARIA collects personal data for exactly one purpose: assessing and administering membership, sponsorship, and donations to the alliance. The purpose is stated at every point of collection, and your consent is recorded with it.

Member, donor, and applicant data is held in ARIA's own systems and is never shared with X-PHY or any member company. Supporters are listed publicly only with consent, and you may opt out at any time.

You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time: privacy@aria-alliance.org. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.

This summary is operative today; the formal policy document is being finalized with counsel as part of ARIA's entity formation.
